Can I return or get a refund for an ebook? Ebooks are not refundable and cannot be returned. We put a lot of effort and care into our ebooks so they’ll continue to bring you valuable advice and guidance throughout your career.

Can I read an ebook offline? Absolutely! Once you've downloaded an ebook to your device, you can read it offline without needing an internet connection. It's perfect for reading on the go or in areas with limited connectivity. You can also print it after saving it to your device.

If I accidentally purchased two of the same book by mistake, can I get a refund for one? If you purchased two of the same products by mistake, we are more than happy to refund you once your purchases are verified. Reach out to contact@brookedunwell.com so we can verify that you did purchase two of the same products for yourself.

When are payments due? Payments for ebooks are required at the time of purchase.

Can I share the ebooks I purchase with others? No, you may not. :) When you purchase one of our ebooks, you agree to our terms and conditions (which, of course, you read!) Sharing ebooks is not accepted or allowed. You can review the terms and conditions.

Are the ebooks available in multiple languages? They are not currently, but they may be in the future.

Are there any restrictions on copying an ebook? Just like the rules of plagiarism in school, you may not copy the ebook. You can review our terms and conditions.

Can I interact with instructors or other students in online courses? The online courses are prerecorded and there isn’t an opportunity to interact with other students at this time. Student interaction is only available in our live Recruiting Academy Courses.

What is the refund and cancellation policy on courses? Your purchase of an online digital course may be refunded within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. In order to receive a refund, you must send proof that you have completed all of the course, workbooks, and homework, to the satisfaction of BrookeDunwell. Refunds will be made on a case by case basis. Please email a request for a refund along with completed workbooks to contact@brookedunwell.com. Carbon Three Inc/BrookeDunwell reserves the right to deny a refund request for any reason that it determines to be appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. Your purchase cannot be canceled for any reason after the period specified for a refund (seven (7) days) has elapsed and you are deemed to have committed to pay the full payment and purchase price due.

How long will it take to complete a digital course? You can complete them at your own pace on your own time. You will have access to the course for one year.

What if I fall behind or have a busy schedule? Life happens, and we get it! Our self-paced courses are desgined for busy individuals. You can catch up when it's convenient for you. Just remember, learning is a journey, not a race!

Are there any exams or assessments in online courses? There are no exams or assessments in the prerecorded courses. Our Recruiting Academy courses have quizzes, assignments, or final exams to evaluate your progress and understanding. We'll make sure you know what to expect before you start.

Can I talk to someone if I have a question about the course? Certainly, If you have questions about the courses, you can email contact@brookedunwell.com. If you have career questions, you can book a General Coaching 30 minute session.
